EMDR Trained & CCTP-II Therapist
Sean is a seasoned psychotherapist with a compassionate, grounded approach to emotional healing and personal development. Drawing from decades of experience, he helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges with a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and motivational interviewing (MI).
