Led by Jenna, these sessions offer a safe, non-judgmental space for self-expression and personal growth. No artistic skills are required—just an open mind. Through creative activities, you can explore difficult feelings, gain new perspectives, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. Ideal for people of all ages, Creative Arts Therapy helps improve communication, emotional well-being, and connection with others.
