
Kelly Kowalewski, LCSW

Kelly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania. She has a BSW from Cedar Crest College and a MSW from Marywood University. Kelly has over 17 years’ experience facilitating individual, family and group psychotherapy. She provides counseling sessions across psychiatric, developmental disability, and intellectual disability populations. Kelly’s therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. These practices include: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma informed care, strengths’ based perspective, and mindfulness based approaches.
Kelly is dedicated to helping clients explore challenges, gain insight, and build lasting skills for growth, Kelly specializes in treating mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. She also works extensively with ADHD, life transitions, time management struggles, positive body image, and self-esteem concerns.
