I utilize a caring and empathetic approach to supporting clients in finding and using their strengths during treatment and learning how to manage and navigate different symptoms and experiences. I strive to create a safe space where you feel comfortable exploring and processing different experiences, thoughts and emotions. I utilize a person-centered approach and incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) interventions into my treatment.
